Study Spaces at UC Clermont
Diverse study options are available throughout our two-level library including quiet zones, group rooms, and individual rooms.
The first floor of the library provides general use space, a computer lab, and video conferencing rooms. The first floors is also home to the Learning Commons at UC Clermont. Our second floor features a quiet zone, additional computers, and individual study rooms.
Most library spaces are on a first-come, first-served while the library is open. If a space is a reserved, signage will be posted. Study rooms are intended for academic study and available exclusively to Clermont College students. More information about study room features below. Questions about space use at the Frederick A. Marcotte Library can be answered at our front desk.
These rooms are reservable, but otherwise available if not reserved. Reservations for the room must be made 1 business day in advance. Stop at the front desk to have the rooms opened or learn if there are any reservations for the day.
First floor study rooms are web-camera and technology-enabled. They contain large white boards to allow for student collaboration. Technology cords, mice, keyboards, and dry-erase markers are available to check out at the information desk.
These rooms are available first-come, first served. Second floor study rooms have white boards available for student use. Dry-erase markers are available to check out at the information desk. They also contain desks, seating, and electrical outlets.
