Interlibrary Lending Policies
University of Cincinnati Libraries lends to libraries in all countries for a loan period of three weeks. These policies apply only to University of Cincinnati Libraries collections. These collections include material housed in the following libraries:
- Archives and Rare Books Library
- CEAS Library
- CECH Library
- Chemistry/Biology Library
- Classics Library
- Clermont College Library
- College-Conservatory of Music Library
- Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning Library
- Geology-Mathematics-Physics
- Library Langsam Library
- UC Blue Ash College Library
The following types of materials are not available through interlibrary loan:
- Selected Audiovisual materials
- Reference materials
- Sound Recordings
- Materials indicated as LIBRARY USE ONLY in the UC library catalog
Payment via OCLC ILL Fee Management (IFM) is preferred. Invoices are sent once a month. We accept IFM, checks, checks drawn on funds from a US bank, money orders in US dollars, and IFLA vouchers as payment.

Rush Services
$10 will be charged for rush service in addition to standard applicable fees. (For shipment by UPS, FedEx, etc., borrower must supply account number and pay charges.)
