Accessible Technology Space

 

Location:

Room 408, Langsam Library 4th Floor

Purpose

This space provides access to accessible technologies for all library patrons with disabilities. All University of Cincinnati students, employees, and community members are welcome to use the devices and facilities offered in this space. The Accessible Technology Space is available at any time Langsam Library is open.

Eligibility

University of Cincinnati students, faculty, staff, and non-UC users are eligible to use the services and facilities offered by UC Libraries Accessible Technology Space.

Facilities

The space includes the following equipment and features:

  • Adjustable height tables (electric assisted) 
  • Lighting options 
  • Frosted film on glass door and wall

Computers and Devices

  • 1 Dell all-in-one with a 23.8-inch screen
  • 1 iMac with a 24-inch screen
  • 1 docking station with a 31.5-inch monitor on an adjustable arm, keyboard, and mouse
