Info Commons

The Info Commons is located near the entrance to the CECH Library in room 331.

The Info Commons has 11 Windows computers and 2 iMacs. One Windows computer and one iMac are equipped with high-contrast, large print accessible keyboards.

Computers are networked to the Wepa color printer. Print jobs can be released using your Bearcat Card at the printing kiosk. Learn more about Wepa printing and see other Wepa locations.

There is an Epson flatbed scanner connected to one computer. The scanner is 12 inches by 17 inches to handle larger format scanning. There are instructions for use next to the scanner and related software on the computer.

CECH students can access MyDesk from anywhere, including the CECH Library's Info Commons. MyDesk is a virtual machine that provides off-campus access to all software found in CECH physical computer labs. As a CECH student, whether you prefer to work from home or in a physical lab, you can access CECH software and computers.
