Library Liaison Program
The UC Blue Ash Library is closed in response to COVID-19 events. Virtual support is available.
While establishing regular communication between library faculty and UC Blue Ash (UCBA) academic departments regarding services and collections, this program provides faculty more opportunities to share ideas and express concerns. In addition, it improves the UCBA Library's ability to provide services and collections that meet the curricular needs of the College.
Library Faculty Responsibilities
- Responsible for specific academic departments
- Includes collection development and management, library instruction, research help, and obtaining feedback on library services
Academic Department Responsibilities
- Designate one faculty member or program coordinator to communicate and provide input and feedback as needed
- Determine how they would like to work with their librarian
For issues or situations (e.g. general library services, facilities) not specific to an academic department, the Library Director will contact the Dean, Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and/or college committee(s), as appropriate.
