CONNECTING FROM OFF-CAMPUS

• Off Campus Access login now requires that any UC student, faculty, or staff member use the same authentication credentials they use for Central Login Services.

• Qualified Affiliates will need to follow the link on the following page to the authentication page requiring their current credentials, or click here

To use business databases, you need to be recognized as a UC user. please follow either of these 2 ways:

The Library's proxy server

1. Login to the Proxy Server    proxy server
2. Click on “Databases”
3. Select your database

OR

The University's VPN system

To be recognized as a UC Student you may download a VPN (Virtual Private Network) client from the UC website. This will allow you access to the library resources. One advantage of VPN over the proxy server is that when you leave the library's website and come back to it, you don't have to authenticate yourself again.
