Requesting Engineering Materials

Before placing a request, check the Library Catalog ( UCLID) and Full Text Journals.

• SWORD Requests - for articles in journals and conference papers at the Southwest Ohio Regional Depository. Users who are NOT affiliated with the University of Cincinnati should use the SW Depository Request Form.
• ILLIAD - for items not available at UC or available for requesting through OhioLINK.
• Ask a Librarian or see the Engineering Reference Librarian in 850L Baldwin Hall (Engineering Library).
• To recommend items to be purchased for the Engineering Library contact Dorothy Byers or Jim Clasper.
