How Do I Connect to Online Library Resources Off-Campus?
Due to subscription and licensing agreements, certain library resources are restricted to UC faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students. Click here to connect for off-campus access using your UC Central login username and password. The page also has information and tips related to off-campus access.
After you login the following will be added in front of the URL in the address box:
http://proxy.libraries.uc.edu/login?url= . If you experience any problems with displaying the article full text, check the address box. If you lost the proxy you need to login for off-campus access again.

How Do I Find Library Resources on My Subject?
Subjects Guides are Web pages that list the most important resources in a discipline, for example, Business and Economics, Criminal Justice, Education, etc. Please contact subject librarians for assistance.

NEW! Your Shortcuts to UC Research Tools: Library Toolbar & Widget
The Library Toolbar acts as a companion to Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft's Internet Explorer web browsers. The toolbar allows you to search UC’s online catalog, other library search engines, and go to links for other library related applications quickly, right from your browser.
The UC Libraries Widget is a self-contained application that you can embed into your personal web space on sites such as Facebook and iGoogle. It provides quick and easy access to frequently used library search tols and information.

How Do I Get Article Full Text?
Once you found an article in an electronic journal or database, looks for links to full text. They may be represented by text and/or icons and read "Article Full Text," "HTML," "PDF,' etc. If you cannot see a link to full text or the link is broken, click on the "UC ArticleLinker" button. For more information read the UC ArticleLinker Help/FAQ. If the "UC ArticleLinker" button is not available, look for the "Find It!" link (it goes to the OhioLINK full text locator, which is smaller in scope than the ArticleLinker).
How Do I Get Full Text If It Is not Available Online?
You can request an article using the online interlibrary loan (ILLiad) forms. Login to ILLiad. Read more about requesting articles. ILLiad FAQ.
How Do I Obtain a Print Publication?
The majority of the resources that support your study are available online. If you need a print publication to support your course work, the University of Cincinnati Libraries will work with you to supply the materials. Library materials will be checked out in your name and mailed to you. Please note that you will be responsible for returning materials by the due date via a traceable mail service, such as UPS or FedEx.
