DAAP Library Study Rooms

DAAP Library has four study rooms available for UC students, faculty, and staff to reserve. Below are descriptions of each meeting room.

Seminar Room

The Seminar Room is located on the 1st floor of the library, and seats about 25 people. It has three flat screen monitors equipped with an Apple Mac Mini and Crestron AirMedia for wireless connectivity, and dry erase boards. This room is intended for large groups, classes, and library instruction. Solitary individuals are highly discouraged from occupying or reserving this room. You can reserve this room for your group by calling (513) 556-1335, or by visiting the DAAP Library front desk.

Eames Room

The Eames Room is located on the 1st floor of the library, and seats about 12 people. It has one flat screen monitor equipped with an Apple Mac Mini and Crestron AirMedia for wireless connectivity. This room is intended for small groups, classes, and library instruction  Solitary individuals are highly discouraged from occupying or reserving this room. You can reserve this room for your group by calling (513) 556-1335, or by visiting the DAAP Library front desk.

Special Collections and Fish Bowl Rooms

Located on the second floor of the library, the Special Collections and Fish Bowl Rooms are small meeting rooms that seat about 8 people each. Unlike the Eames and Seminar Rooms, they do not have monitors. These rooms are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Weekly sign up sheets are posted every Monday morning, and are located outside each room’s entrance.
